Please read the following before booking your Groupon Segway Voucher purchased from Groupon/MyCityDeal
If your Groupon voucher expires in August you can still book your experience for anytime in September as long as have booked with us before the expiry date.
Your Groupon voucher entitles you for any midweek booking. To upgrade to a weekend time slot for £10 per person please pick one of the weekend time slots showing on the calender, you will be asked for the upgrade fee of £10 per person on the day. If you have only purchased one voucher and you would like to bring a friend along with you please call the booking office for a great discounted price of only £18.00 per person.
When making multiple bookings at the same time please ensure you enter all the voucher codes on the same line, example only for four bookings please enter your codes CA7687JH87, CHIF76UY87, HYGT67YT56, 78UYHJ765 (please note this is an example only and you should use your own unique voucher codes)
The unique code is strictly personal and can be used only once when booking. Once your booking has been made an email confirmation will be sent to you with all your booking details, dates and time slots can be changed up to 14 days prior to the event. If you do not receive your email confirmation please call the booking office on 0845 4700 071 (local call rate from landline) where a member of our team will be happy to resend it to you.
All Participant must be fully fit and comply fully with Madrenaline Terms and Conditions. Please see all T&C on the bookings page before placing your booking. Mad-Renaline do not refund or make re-bookings for any participant who fails to attend on the day.
