1. Once your booking has been made an email confirmation will be sent to you with all your booking details. Your booking is binding and final and any admentments to your booking will incur a £10 administration fee per booking.
2. You must produce your voucher on the day of your experience to the clerk on site, failure to do so will incur a deposit charge of £25 per person on the day.
3. All Participant must be fully fit and comply with the following conditions:-
. All Participants must be over 45 kilos and under (18) stone in weight
. Minimum age is 11 years, under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
. Not under the influence of any alcohol or recreational drugs
. The experience is not suitable for pregnant women due to the nature of the event
. Suffering from high blood pressure
. Any past back, neck, leg, knee problems
. Must have the ability to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs withoutassistance
. Must wear the full safety gear and helmets provided by MadRenaline Activities Ltd
. Must inform Mad-Renaline Activities Ltd of any disability or prior injuries before taking part on the Segway-Safari
4. Mad-Renaline Activities do not refund or make re-bookings for any participant who fails to attend on the day. (On certain circumstances we do offer cancellation cover for £15 per person)
5. All Segway Safari customers will be required to sign a statement of risk (disclaimer) before participating on the day, this will be signed on the day witnessed by the clerk onsite. Any false information could affect your safety and invalidate your insurance. For any participants under 18 we will need authorisation from the parent and for an adult to sign the disclaimer on their behalf.
6. Mad-Renaline Activities Ltd reserves the right to cancel your booking due to adverse weather conditions or the safety of our customers. A number of other dates will be offered to make your rebooking. NB Bank Holidays are not classed as Midweek dates regardless of the date in which the bank holiday falls, any bookings made on a bank holiday will be premier bookings at the full daily rate and not discounted midweek vouchers.
7. All participants must call the weather check line on the morning of their experience on 07899684535 (same number as your email confirmation letter) to check the event is taking place before leaving their home. No compensation will be paid for petrol, hotel expenses or any expenses incurred on getting to the event in the likely hood of the event not taking place on the day.
8. It is the customers responsibility to arrive at the site at the correct date and time of their booking, failure to do so may result in the loss of your experience. All directions will be sent to you immediately after placing your booking, if you do not receive this email confirmation please contact the booking office on 07899 684 535 before the event and we will send it again as you may need this information of the day of your event. Availability: Sessions operate on selected weekdays and most weekend dates throughout the year. Morning and afternoon sessions are usually available.
9. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 a consumer may have the right to a refund, repair or replacement if the goods are not of satisfactory quality, or fit for purpose, to qualify for a refund the customer has 7 working days from the date of original purchase to request a refund for their voucher.
NB As the activity is weather dependant no refunds will be issued for postponed dates, however a free rebooking will always be offered to the customer.
