1. By using our website you agree to the following Terms and Conditions
Once your booking has been made an email confirmation will be sent to you with all your booking details unless you have made the booking online yourself and your confirmation will be on your screen. (PC, or Mobile Device screen.
2. Once your booking has been made it is final and binding and any amendments to your booking will incur a £10 administration fee per person. No refunds/cancellations or amendments can be made to your booking with in 14 days of your booked event.
3. You must produce your voucher on the day of your experience to the clerk on site.
4. All SEGWAY Participant must be fully fit and comply with the following conditions:-
All Participants must be under (18) stone in weight
Minimum age is 12 years, under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
Height Min 4.3 foot,(1.3m) no max height
Not under the influence of any alcohol or recreational drugs
The experience is not suitable for pregnant women due to the nature of the event
Suffering from high blood pressure
Any past back, neck, leg, knee problems
Must have the ability to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs without assistance
Must wear the full safety gear and helmets provided by Mad-Renaline Activities Ltd
Must inform Mad-Renaline Activities Ltd of any disability or prior injuries before taking part on the Segway-Safari
5. If you have booked an exclusive event and a deposit has been paid the balance will be due two weeks prior to your event date. No cancellations will be accepted without a minimum of 14 days notice and any deposits are none refundable. Any cancellations without 14 days prior notice the balance will be taken in full for your event.
6. All Segway Safari customers will be required to sign a statement of risk (disclaimer) before participating on the day, this will be signed on the day witnessed by the clerk onsite. Any false information could affect your safety and invalidate your insurance. For any participants under 18 we will need authorisation from the parent and for an adult to sign the disclaimer on their behalf. If you do not wish for us to contact you again after your booking please make a member of our staff aware and you will be asked to sign a none contact form on the day. 7. Mad-Renaline Activities Ltd reserves the right to cancel your booking due to adverse weather conditions or the safety of our customers. A number of other dates will be offered to make your rebooking. NB Bank Holidays are not classed as Midweek dates regardless of the date in which the bank holiday falls, any bookings made on a bank holiday will be premier bookings at the full daily rate and not discounted midweek vouchers.
8. All participants must call the weather check line on the morning of their experience on 07899684535 (same number as your email confirmation letter) to check the event is taking place before leaving their home. No compensation will be paid for petrol, hotel expenses or any expenses incurred on getting to the event in the likely hood of the event not taking place on the day. Any event that is cancelled due to bad weather or health and safety issues must be rebooked within 30 days of the original cancelled date, this is the customers responsibility to call the booking office or to use the new code that may have been issued to you up on cancellation of your event.
9. It is the customers responsibility to arrive at the site at the correct date and time of their booking, failure to do so may result in the loss of your experience. All directions will be sent to you immediately after placing your booking, if you do not receive this email confirmation please contact the booking office on 0345 4700 071 before the event and we will send it again as you may need this information of the day of your event. Availability: Sessions operate on selected weekdays and most weekend dates throughout the year. Morning and afternoon sessions are usually available.
10. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 a consumer may have the right to a refund, repair or replacement if the goods are not of satisfactory quality, or fit for purpose, to qualify for a refund the customer has 7 working days from the date of original purchase to request a refund for their voucher.
Madrenaline Activities Privacy Policy
When making a booking with Madrenaline Activities or Corporate Days we require certain personal information to allow us to process your booking. This may include your name, Telephone Number, Address and Email Address, at Madrenaline Activities & Corporate Days we will not pass on any of your information to any third party marketing companies except our own insurance company should they request your details for any reason or if we are required to permit your details by law to a legal recognised authority company.
Madrenaline Activities may contact you directly to confirm your bookings or to offer you any special offers that we may that we think you may be interested in. If you wanted to opt out of any future special offers then please do let the staff know onsite when you are signing your disclaimer and they will make us aware at the booking office.
On the day you will be given this to read (below) and asked to sign to say you agree with all of the T&C before you participate in any of our activities.
By signing this Event Disclaimer document you confirm your understanding of the safety guidelines and operating instructions detailed below and that you will be participating at your own risk.
At Mad-Renaline Activities Limited all activities are run to the highest standards, all participants should recognise that all outdoor pursuits involve an element of risk, and understand how important it is to follow all of the instructions given to them on the day of the event to prevent any incident or accidents, participation will be strictly on the understanding that it is at the participants risk.
Furthermore, by taking part, I accept the risks involved including the risk of injury or death and will not hold Mad-Renaline Activities Ltd liable for any indirect loss damage or injury arising from or in connection with this activity.
Instructions given to you by Mad-Renaline Activities staff, concerning the activity and safe use of the equipment and behavioural standards must be strictly adhered to at all time.
Mad-Renaline Activities reserves the right to terminate any activity, if the instructor feels that there is any danger to their selves or any of the participants without issuing a refund.
If you suffer from any medical conditions (eg back problems) or any illness that may be aggregated by the activity please inform the staff immediately. Pregnancy strictly prohibits participation.
Mad-Renaline Activities will provide you with all of the health and safety clothes on the day, full body armour, knee and leg shins and a helmet. (PPE) All participants must wear this protection or will not be allowed to participate.
The participant must be able to fully understand safety instructions given to them by the instructor’s on the day, we do not allow any racing, bumping or crashing of the Segways and each participant must be sensible and understand that by acting dangerously on the Segway could potentially cause harm to themselves or their fellow riders. Furthermore, by taking part, I accept the risks involved including the risk of injury or death and will not hold Mad-Renaline Activities Ltd liable for any indirect loss damage or injury arising from or in connection with this activity.

Parents or Guardian must sign for children under the age of 16 years of age & any children riding must be over the age of 12 years and over 1.3 tall.
By signing the Safety Guidelines, Responsibilities and expectations sheet you agree to Madrenaline’s Privacy policy and Terms and Conditions and are allowing us to only use your data for our own private use, eg Trip Advisor reviews or any special offers we may have in the future. If you would like to opt out please advise a member of staff immediately (now) before signing the waiver of liability and we will opt you out immediately today.
