CANCELLATION ADDITION

Madrenaline are offering this cancellation addition against cancellations for any of our events that occur outside of the 14 days cancellation notice.  The insurance covers one person only, if more than one person in your party you will need to purchase seperately for those participants.

This insurance covers you for the following:-

• If you have or suspect you may have covid-19 and have to cancel your event outside of the 14 days cancellation cover.
• If you need to cancel for any reason what so ever at late notice  (outside of the 14 day cancellation period)
• To cover you booking for un-expected circumstances (Covid related or not)
• You suspect you may have covid-19 or awaiting results or in isolation
• You have arrived at the venue and are showing a temperature and have been turned away.
• Should your area be in lockdown and you can not attend
• Feeling ill before your event and need to cancel at short notice
• Feeling ill the day before your event and need to cancel at short notice
• Generally not feeling well and dont want to attend (outside of the 14 day cancellation period)
• Dont feel you want to attend an event yet due to Covid being around (outside of the 14 day cancellation period)

This cancellation insurance has been set up to avoid you losing your voucher purchases, by purchasing the insurance you are agreeing to cancel your event at such late or in the event of having to cancel your event as such late notice  (outside of the 14 day cancellation period) and this will allow you to make a new rebooking at a later date within 12 months of purchasing your rebooking insurance.
